Smokehouse Rub

When I created this blend, I wanted to make a barbecue seasoning that tasted like a barbecue potato chip. This blend is so delicious, you can eat it with a spoon! Real maple sugar for caramelized sweetness, chipotle and smoked paprika for a deep, smoky backbone. It's built to form a proper bark on ribs, wings, and pork shoulder over low, slow heat, but don't overlook the smaller stuff: a light dusting on homemade potato chips or fries when you're craving that classic barbecue chip flavor!
