Cinnamon Sugar Cookie

Our Cinnamon Sugar Cookie, or CSC as we call it was created out of a desire to make a classic cinnamon sugar spice blend without cane sugar. Just two ingredients, and both are doing real work: organic maple sugar for sweetness, and Saigon cinnamon the same intensely flavorful variety of cinnamon used in classic pies and desserts. It's simple by design, which is exactly what makes it so versatile: dusted over cookies, swirled into cinnamon rolls, sprinkled on baked apples, or stirred straight into a morning cup of coffee. Sometimes the shortest ingredient list makes the most memorable flavor.
